Subscription Requirements

Because this is an encrypted list and because the journal subscribers form a "Web of Trust," there are the following requirements.

1. Agreement to abide by the journal's Terms
2. Site registration
3. A reference from a current subscriber (If you don't know a current subscriber, don't give up. Ask around. Be patient. Our subscriber list will grow over time.)
4. GPG software installed on your computer
5. Generate a GPG key pair and export the public key
6. Import the Journal's public GPG key

After you fill out the subscription form, a subscription agent will contact your reference and contact you to verify your key. If everything checks out, you will receive an email confirmation of your subscription.
